Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Virgo Labs to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge. We collect this data only to run our own marketing conversations and to deliver products you request (see our Privacy Policy).

How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easiest:

• By message: reply DELETE in your WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram conversation with us.
• By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request", from the email or messaging number you used so we can locate your records.

What we delete

We delete the personal data associated with you — your messaging identifiers, conversation history, and contact details — from our systems.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it (for example, transaction or tax records for completed purchases). These are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for marketing.

Timeframe

We confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
