Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026
Virgo Labs ("Virgo Labs", "we", "us") builds and operates AI-powered marketing automation for our own products and campaigns. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with us — through our ads, our messaging accounts on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and Facebook, or this website — and how we handle it.
1. Who we are
Virgo Labs is the controller of the data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
2. Scope — first-party use only
We use the connected Meta apps (WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Instagram, Facebook Pages, and the Marketing API) solely to run and automate our own marketing funnels. We are not a service provider and do not process your data on behalf of other businesses, and we do not sell your data.
3. Information we collect
- Messaging data: when you message one of our accounts, we receive your name or handle, your phone number or messaging ID, the content of your messages, and timestamps.
- Interaction data: which ad or funnel you arrived from, your responses, and the state of your conversation with our automated assistant.
- Purchase data: if you buy a product, payment is handled by our processor (Stripe). We do not see or store full card numbers; we keep order and access records.
- Website data: basic, aggregate analytics and standard log data when you visit this site.
4. How we use it
- To reply to you and run the automated conversation you started.
- To understand your interest and deliver the product, offer, or information you requested.
- To measure and improve our own campaigns and funnels.
- To meet legal, tax, and security obligations.
5. Legal bases
We process your data based on your consent (you initiated contact with us), the performance of a contract (delivering what you purchased), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our own marketing — balanced against your rights.
6. Sharing and processors
We share data only with service providers that help us operate, under their own terms: Meta (message delivery across WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and Facebook), Stripe (payment processing), analytics and hosting/infrastructure providers, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
7. Data retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for any period required by law (for example, transaction records). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
9. Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the steps and timeframe.
10. Messaging opt-out
You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying STOP in the conversation or by blocking the account. The messaging platforms' own privacy terms (for example, WhatsApp and Meta) also apply to your use of those services.
11. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard it.
12. Children
Our products and messaging are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has contacted us, email us and we will delete it.
13. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own by us or our providers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
